My partner and I purchased (and renovated) a 2nd empire victorian home on Liberty street last year. He was using the 1st floor apartment as an office/workshop; but this past month, he moved on to a bigger shop. So we are now looking for the right tenant to take it over. It’s a decent sized one bedroom with a/c, a whole house water filter and room for a stacked washer/dryer. And being that I have a pet care business in NYC, we are extremely pet-friendly (as long as the barking isn’t a separation anxiety bark all day and your girl is house-broken).
