Join us for the 1st Annual Human Rights Day in Newburgh. This event officially launches the re-activation of the City of Newburgh Human Rights Commission, along with celebrating the upcoming 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. On December 10, 1948, the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and ever year, Human Rights Day is observed on this day.
