This weeks’ tasting will focus on new wines specifically selected winter season: perfect wines to cozy up and snuggle with.

First up is an organic French red by bad-boy wine maker Brendan Tracy. This Pinau D’Aunis is light bodied with a ruby color offers hints of white pepper and jammed fruits.

Next, we will be featuring a Spanish Monastrell red, also organic, from the Valencia region. This limited edition wine has layers of raspberry, blueberry, spice and green pepper on both the nose and palate. In short, a real treat.

Finally – we’ll have an Italian Prosecco for the special weekend. Perfect for apéritif, dessert, or brunch.
