Here are the answers to some common questions we get here on Newburgh Restoration:
Q. Can you give me more information on a house I’ve seen?
A. I am not a real estate agent, and the houses you see on this site are found mostly going through the popular real estate websites. If you would like more information on a home, click on the link provided. Any extra information that I might have on a home is mentioned on that particular posting. If you would like to contact a knowledgeable real estate agent, contact Chris Hanson, CHanson@HistoricNewburghHomes.com.
Q. Can you locate an original picture of my relative, house, or building?
A. To locate original pictures, I use what is available online. Try the Library of Congress or Hudson River Valley Heritage. Other excellent sources for information that you would have to acquire in person are from the Newburgh Library and Newburgh Historical Society.
Q. How do I get my property listed in your real estate section?
A. Properties that are listed here are chosen by interest. You can email me for your property to be considered. If you would like special attention given to your property, feel free to inquire about advertising rates.
Q. How can I get you to post about my event, cause, house or project?
A. Email me to have your event or project considered for a blog post. The only topics that can not be posted are political, religious, or controversial subjects.
