The public is invited to a launch party for the young-adult novel Welcome to Humanity by K.M. Walker at the Karpeles Manuscript Library Museum on Saturday, October 19th, from 1 to 4 p.m. The debut novel is about a 17-year-old girl who discovers after her mother’s disappearance that she is the last descendent of Red Riding Hood. K. M. Walker, 22, is a graduate of Newburgh Free Academy and Agnes Scott College.
