There’s a new space ready to add to the restaurant scene in Newburgh, 100 3rd Street. Recently redone top to bottom, this space will have the proper permits for outdoor seating and a certificate of occupancy. Polished concrete floors and exposed wood beams enhance the mid-century modern vibe. Across the street are city offices, the library, and other organizations. If interested, call 212-965-9636.
