A property with live/work potential west of 9W. I think this is a pretty cool property if you want to live above a garage space that can be used as a studio or workshop. The upstairs is the residential unit, and it looks to be in nice shape. From the photos, everything looks to be clean and well maintained (even the garage floor!) The cons for the space I would say is the automotive lot next door, McDonald’s in the front, and no grass in the backyard. But some people might love all these things as well.
