FYI, this house sold a couple of months ago.

Yes, really. 🙂 In fact, the new owners have already moved in!
It went on the market in June, and sold in less than two months. You can see my post on the house here:

Zillow is a woefully inaccurate site in many ways.
I hope your new neighbors continue the restoration of the house. Even though it’s sold, the house is a great example of Newburgh’s architecture.
