This house built in 1901 was on the market before. Now it’s back due to the current owner not being able to go forth with renovations. The realtor informs me that the price has been lowered. There are 3 units, but probably would be easy to convert back to 1 or 2 units. It’s between Liberty and Grand Street. Catherine Street is a small street.
