This listing for 26 South Miller is in a part of Newburgh that doesn’t highlighted too much. However, just last week we showed you the transformation of the house across the street, 23 South Miller. The back doors, of what seems to be the dinning room really caught my eye. According to the listing there are pocket doors, parquet floors, 10′ ceilings, and other original details. The floor in the hallway looks like it could undergo a redo like Mrs. Limestone’s. Check out the before and after pictures of her floors after she had them sanded down and refinished! Gorgeous. If the brick could be cleaned it would do wonders for the façade. Click here to see more examples of Newburgh Real Estate.
