This home was brought to my attention in an email, and it looks like a fixer upper with potential. The location is only a few houses down from the bluff. A total gut might be necessary. The floors look completely gone in some pictures, and there aren’t that many historical details remaining besides some moldings and columns, but it might be worth you time if the asking price could come down a little bit. I don’t mind the 50’s kitchen and bathroom that much either. Make sure to check out if this is still on the market. Some listings show this as being out dated.

FYI, the price on this one is down to $24,900! That’s more reasonable considering all the work it needs. Looks like it has at least 2 fireplaces (non-working, but still a nice touch) and I LOVE the floor in the bathroom.
