It’s so refreshing to see positive press out about Newburgh these days. I submitted the city a few months back for this and I’m excited to announce that Newburgh was chosen amongst a few other neighborhoods as the Best of 2013 of This Old House! It was voted amongst the best neighborhoods for: The Northeast, Bargains, Fixer-Uppers, Victorians, Waterfront, First-Time Buyers, and American Heritage. Glad to see that someone found out what we already know. Newburgh NY is a very special place with an amazing Historic District. These old homes are just the beginning. YAY for Newburgh!
