  • Can you tell me if 150 Third Street is for sale? My Grandparents lived in this house from the 1930s to the late 50s. the last I drove by a year ago it was abandoned. Would love to see the inside……… Any info you might have would be appreciated. My Grandmother had beautiful gardens in the back and was written up in a magazine.

    • Gail, it has been removed from real estate listings but a quick search on the Orange County Property site shows that it is not city owned. You could try contacting A.) the city to get in touch with the owner [probably the longest/hardest route] B.) find the owners yourself via the address given or C.) contact a realtor to see if they can find out better info.

      It’s one of my favorite houses! Can’t you tell? 🙂
