So Fix Broadway??
That’s definitely part of it Dylan. Like the article you posted shows, Newburgh already has the grid, now how do we build up on that first?
This video was amazing and hit so many points. I just purchased his book Walkable City: How Downtown Can Save America, One Step at a Time on my kindle and I would challenge every board member and Newburgh official to purchase this book, read it, learn from it and open their minds to these points !!! Jeff Speck has some really interesting arguments worth listening to…… Newburgh has the space, vacant building stock and great infrastructure like Broadway to begin a transformation.
That’s so great Troy! I want to read the book myself. And you are right, anyone that wants to be involved in revitalizing a city should be reading this type of material.
