Little note for everyone; the property you are viewing in this photo is near the corner of Liberty and Washington, and in serious danger. Nearby at Cafe’ Macchiato, A photo on the wall shows this property in its former glory, resplendent in its café curtains and mom-&-pop storefront. Today, the property is hollow and in serious danger of collapse. I would hate to see it torn down, but understand that the property may be cost-ineffective to restore. The future of this particular site should be interesting to watch.

Plans are still in the works for it as far as I know, but I have not been told anything concrete, so I refrain from posting about it.
