  • No surprise councilman/educator Harvey flipped as this project ensures class rooms remain full and paid for. No conflict of interest there. Look for more such decisions to come as the city government “partners” with the school district. “Equity is based on need, everybody doesn’t get the same”, school superintendent Roberto Padilla.
