RFP# 20.19 – 15 South Colden Street An excellent location for development that would continue to foster the growth and attraction of the burgeoning Liberty Street corridor. It is walking distance to the Newburgh Brewery, waterfront restaurants, and SUNY Orange Community College to name a few.
RFP# 19.19 – 140 & 146 Montgomery Street, and 137 Smith Street– Located right off of South Street, just one block up from Water Street. Urban renewal demolished the single family homes that once existed here. This would be an excellent opportunity for new construction that is already inline with the residential nature of this neighborhood.
