The corner of Liberty and South William has another new business opening up called Rob’s Roast Coffees. Opening day will be tomorrow, July 26th at 7am. The coffee shop has a cyclist inspired decor, nodding to Rob’s triathlon love and passion. In his spare time he fixes old bicycles. He was trying to find a location for his shop up and down the Hudson Valley when he happened up Liberty Street in a “happy accident”.
This new venture joins new activity happening on Southern Liberty Street – Oliver and Chatfield, the new space for lease at 42 Liberty Street, new hair salon Liberty and Beauty, and another exciting project soon to be formally announced for South William Street.
