  • I remember a City Council meeting discussion regarding the City supposedly fining the owner over planting the “blooming native wildflowers in the front”. Ironically, during the same time period of enblightenment, City Manager Ciaravino was advocating for just that to be planted on vacant properties. Low hanging fruit and all that I guess…I’ll gather said fine was rescinded after a brief period of learnedness. Beautiful property, I wish them luck.
