The Ritz Glitz Bridal & Special Event Expo will be held on Sunday, May 22, 2011 from 12:00-4:00 pm. Safe Harbors of the Hudson will participate in this event, which is hosted by Simple Gifts & Goodies and Everlasting Memories Wedding and Event Planning.
The expo will be held in the historic Green Room at 111 Broadway in Newburgh, and will showcase local businesses including DJs, bridal wear and tuxedo shops, caterers, rental companies, event planners, florists, photographers, travel agents and much more. At 3:00 pm, Bella Couture Bridal and Broadway Tailors will host a fashion show in the Ritz Lobby. Free parking is available in the municipal parking lot on Ann Street. All attendees should enter the event directly across the street from the parking lot via the Ann Street entrance at the back of 111 Broadway, next to the Ann Street Gallery.
The event costs $5 to attend and includes free door prizes from participating vendors and refreshments courtesy of Tetoni’s Catering & Pastry Garden. Music will be provided by Magic/Music Entertainment and photography will be provided by Owl’s Eye Studios. Additional entertainment will also be provided. Raffle tickets for two grand prize raffles will be available for purchase for $5.
