Phase 2 of the art installation at 102-104 Washington Street is now up. The middle square panel is by Will Teran and John Stoltz. Imagine if all the empty buildings in Newcburgh could look like this? Does anybody know how one could go about purchasing this property? Maybe someone out there will be inspired to purchase it and rehab it.
