Community Supported Agriculture in Newburgh

CSA_LOGO_FINAL.175402

The fresh local food options in Newburgh just keep growing! There is a new fresh produce initiative that is different from the NewBurgh Food Co-op. This is a volunteer effort on the part of Drew Morrison, Hannah Brooks and Safe Harbors of the Hudson.

“This year for the first time, Huguenot Street Farm will be offering weekly community supported agriculture distribution at the Safe Harbors/Ritz Theater location at 115 Broadway in Newburgh. It’s local, organic produce arriving fresh to your table…from a farm only 22 miles away! Distributions will be on Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm, June 6th through late October.

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) relies on individuals who pledge to support the costs of a farm operation.  In return, they receive weekly ‘shares’ of the farm’s bounty throughout the growing season.

Your membership provides you with 5+ months of the freshest locally grown organic produce this side of the Hudson!
