This is a cute little house on S. Miller St that could use some updating, especially if you do not want this to be a 2 family home, which it was never really made to be in the first place. However, there is a reason the price is so cheap. South Miller is a pretty scary street with a lot of vacant homes as we have shared on our Rescue Me series.
If things do every improve in Newburgh, this house is in a great location just off of Broadway and down the street from the hospital. This is a walkable neighborhood for sure. The question that remains is how to make this housing stock appealing so that it does not fall into the repetition of rehabbing and flipping.
