Before and After 70 Benkard

I have been able to come across some before and after shots of housing projects done by Habitat for Humanity of Newburgh’s website. They have been a constant restorer of houses and different projects in Newburgh when many developers have flopped. This is just a wonderful example of how old buildings can be made new again, and change the feel of those that live near these dilapidated buildings. This house is on Benkard Avenue, and was completed by the Methodist Build Project. The before shot is from September 2005, and the house was sold and dedicated in January 2007. If anybody has any before and after shots please let me know as I would love to post them as well! Newburgh is chugging along! More houses to be posted in the future….
