I feel like I’m on some design blog like Cococozy showcasing this home! I thought it would be fun to show up the City of Newburgh on the grander scale of things. There are some beautiful homes and this is no exception. The asking price is $429,000, which probably would get you a small studio in NYC. But just about 60 miles up the Hudson River it’s another world. Check out the photos and enjoy. Check out the following link to see more examples of Newburgh Real Estate.

a grand home on Grand St. Thanks for sharing the pics
This was my brother’s house. He and his partner restored this house, added on the two front porches and constructed all the walkways and gardens. it looked like nothing before they got hold of it. Sadly, cancer took the life of my brother. His partner, my brother in law, sold the house and moved back to Georgia. The house was a labor of love for them and one of the nicest ones on the block! This house is called the Siegfried Parish House.
Thanks for sharing that info Ziggy. I’m very sorry to hear about your brother. They did an awesome job. The house is beautiful.
That backyard is fabulous. Is that a little studio outbuilding I see? Jealous!
