Here is a sad cute little house on Washington Street between S. Johnson and Clark Street that needs rescuing. A new white picket fence, and updated historically accurate siding would really change this property. It’s so sad now. There is also an empty lot to the left, so maybe a driveway could be possible??
Newburgh is New York State’s second largest historic district after NYC. Newburgh literally has hundreds of dilapidated and abandoned buildings just begging for someone to come scoop them up and restore them.
