This Brick Shell located at 104 Washington Street is ready to be saved. Though the roof and floors are missing, leaving this building a shell the masonry looks to be in good shape except near the roofline where it’s been exposed to the elements. There’s a small alley separating it from 100 Washington, and a what looks like a car pass-through between 104 and 102 Washington.
Right around the corner from The Wherehouse, The Newburgh Brewing Company, Cafe Macchiato, and many other local businesses and parks. This building would make a perfect multi family or a large single family home.
Newburgh is New York State’s second largest historic district after NYC. Newburgh literally has hundreds of dilapidated and abandoned buildings just begging for someone to come scoop them up and restore them. You can see more of the photographers work by visiting his page at www.SpanoProductions.com
