It’s that time of year again when the much anticipated Newburgh Open Studios tour comes to the city! This tour allows visitors an opportune chance to see art work in interesting places in Newburgh that are for the most part not open to the public. This event was one of the very best in Newburgh in recent years! Kudos to Michael and Gerardo for their truly tireless contributions in making Newburgh the art destination that it is becoming….It is really something to look forward to, and for newly-arrived artists to participate in.
(Some of you may not know that they were responsible almost singlehandedly for pulling the recent lightbulb project together for the Illuminated festival. Thanks also to the blank lightbulb makers Bruno Gordon and Jeff Wallace–who are always there in the background lending a hand!)
