Years of BIG plans and costly designs, meanwhile the water front’s degradation further polarizes the ‘City. Maybe the fear mongerers can find some asbestos embedded in the dock timbers and just roll the costs into the multi-million $ bond the ‘City will be attempting to float for its mounting capital improvements. Not. A legitimate insurance policy would have been cost effective…
