  • -$12.7 M penalty…under whose watch did the ‘creative’ accounting occur that warranted this? Nice try on the “injustice” deflection,though. Not to worry, the schools will continue to tap the taxpayers on the city’s vacant properties in lieu of GAAP.

    -It’s only a software upgrade to enable those cameras to be ‘smart’. How “welcoming” is that?
