Normally a condo wouldn’t be at the top of my list on a real estate post. However, this listing is for $45,000 (correction, just got an email that the price is now $28,000) for apartment #203J. Of course it’s sold “as is” but the pictures don’t look all that bad except for the dirty carpet. There also isn’t a photo of the kitchen, so it probably needs a new one. But, there are 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
The Foundry at Washington Park is a condo community right next to Washington HQ. They have some pretty nice things going on there, like clean up days that we posted about in the Spring. Take a look.
