This home has been vacant for a while, and it has also been on the market for a while. It is located at 183 Liberty Street between Broadway and 1st Street. The last list price I saw was for $65,000. I also photographed this house in 2009, not much has changed since then.
Newburgh is New York State’s second largest historic district after NYC. Newburgh literally has hundreds of dilapidated and abandoned buildings just begging for someone to come scoop them up and restore them.
