Remember this house at 68 Campbell from a Rescue Me post from November 2010? Well it’s for sale, on Ebay for $15,000 by the owner. They are calling it a “contractor special” but let’s face it, you will have to probably rebuild the whole building. It might be possible to rehab this home with a 203-k loan if you needed an extra $35k. If not, someone is going to need all cash to fix up this place. Anybody want to place a bid? The auction ends Jul 31, 201219:46:43 PDT. Let’s hope someone saves it before it will be knocked down. Thanks Luis for the tip.
