Since 1929 the Hudson Rug Co. was in business with a branch located here on Broadway. This was also the former home of the Park Theater. Sources say some murals can still be seen inside from the former theater days. I am not quite sure when Hudson Rug Co. went out of business, but since 2004 the building has been owned by the Salvation Army and two realty companies.
