Benkard Avenue in Newburgh may be a tough block, but they also have some great brickfronts. These are the homes for sale on the block, and I thought that I would showcase some. There are a lot of great interior photos that you can check out by clicking on the link. Some of the homes are missing porches. Personally, I’m liking 77 Benkard. The porch is gorgeous.

Oh my goodness — I would take any one of them in a heartbeat. We just don’t have these nostalgic, gorgeous time treasures on the west coast.
