As mentioned in the past, Benkard can be a rough block. It’s also home to many row homes with lots of potential. Listed at $109,000 this home has 5 bedrooms and, according to it’s history it seems that this home has been rehabbed. The bay window up top looks great, so it’s a little strange the the picture cuts off the other parts of the home. What really caught my eye was the carriage house that comes with this property!
