The photos from this listing are pretty bad. You probably need to go see this yourself to get the full scope as the listing says “priced to sell”. This is a rowhome in a set of 4 that all could be brilliant one day. For now, just this one is for sale. I happen to know the owners of the property across the street who have worked tirelessly to restore their own home which was once vacant and abandoned. I know they’d love to see an actual owner (and not an investor looking to rent) buy this property. I could go on, but overall, for the right person, it’s a large house on a street with grander homes than most in Newburgh. This home across the street that is for sale is now pending.

For the right buyer, this might be an opportunity. This house has been unattended for a while, and the lack of interior photos tells me that this will be a gut renovation. But, for those of us that love these old houses and dream of renovating one, this house is in the best spot. Grand Street is known for its mansions and opulent homes.
